Data Analyst
Covolt is the place where technology and sustainability come together. We manage and maintain sustainable energy installations. Think of the solar farm in your neighborhood or solar panels & batteries at farmers or the charging station for your electric car.
We do this with smart software and AI. We ensure that our customers' installations generate optimal power through rigorous monitoring and maintenance. In addition, we achieve optimal returns for them through active management and trading on various energy and balancing markets. In this way, we contribute to a better balance on the Dutch power grid and the prevention/resolution of grid congestion. What's more, you'll be working from our brand-new, energy-efficient office in Veghel.

What will you do?
In this varied role, you will work closely with the Customer Success Managers. You will focus on analyzing customer data and translating insights into actions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing live energy assets, performance, incidents, and alerts on the Covolt Horizon platform.
- Creating dashboards and reports for the CSM team, customers, and management.
- Identifying trends that indicate opportunities or risks for each customer.
- Collaborating with Product Manager, Development, and Operations to translate customer feedback into improvements.
- Contributing to the quality and further development of our data pipelines and models.
- Sharing knowledge within the team through documentation and keeping the internal knowledge base up to date.
Do you recognize yourself?
- You have completed a bachelor's or master's degree in an analytical field, such as Econometrics, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- You have at least 2 years of work experience as a data analyst, preferably in a SaaS or energy environment.
- You have strong SQL skills; Python is an advantage.
- You have communication skills in Dutch and English.
- You have analytical skills, are customer-focused, and work proactively.
