Junior Asset Manager

What will you do?
In this varied position, you will work closely with our Asset Managers. You will focus on monitoring, analyzing and optimizing assets and control systems. Your tasks include:
- Daily monitoring of asset operation through various monitoring platforms.
- Identify failures, anomalies or performance problems and perform initial technical analysis at the system, network or configuration level.
- Supporting Asset Managers in coordinating corrective actions with suppliers, installers, customers and internal teams - including following up on handling and RMA processes.
- Supporting the onboarding of new installations: you will ensure system configuration, registration and proper commissioning in the asset management platform.
- Contributing reports and analytics that provide insight into performance, uptime, customer satisfaction and system efficiency.
- Sharing knowledge within the team through documentation, work instructions and keeping the internal knowledge base up-to-date.
Your responsibilities:
- You identify new leads and follow up on them.
- You maintain and expand relationships with customers and sales partners.
- You give compelling presentations about our services to customers and partners.
- You keep track of customer interactions in Hubspot and follow up on incoming requests.
- You will work closely with our operations team to onboard customers effectively.
Does this sound like you?
- You have a completed mbo-/hbo education in the direction of Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or Technical Informatics.
- You have an affinity for monitoring software and CRM systems.
- You have knowledge of networks, routers and data traffic.
- You have communication skills in Dutch and English.
- You have technical understanding, are customer-oriented and have strong analytical skills.
